Here’s a prime example of why you should get an animator to do your storyboards - we can make animatics as well!

Over the course of three enjoyable days, I worked closerly with the director to create the first visualisations for this charming animated advert, and then turn them into a video, which was (after a few tweaks) used as reference for the animators. I’ve presented both the finished spot, and my animatic, side by side for comparison. It’s always gratifying when they turn out to be as similar as this!
